From their website: The Pancake Mill opened its doors on May 5, 1981 serving the Oregon’s Bay Area featuring a breakfast specialty menu with hours of 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. In 1983, we added a lunch and dinner menu to complete a full service family restaurant for our growing guest accommodations. In 1986, we closed our dinner shift and concentrated on serving the best breakfast and lunch that we could create. Since that time, we have continuously create new menu items to include an extensive Meat-Free menu,low fat and low salt menu, fresh pies and cakes, Gluten Free and fresh baked goods. In 2013, it has been 32 years and we are still striving to be the best that we can be, adding new menu items and keeping the quality of our facility, food and service to the standards that you deserve.
